Arta Ante
At the heart of AAC Consulting is Prof. Dr. Arta Ante, a globally minded diversity and inclusion consultant who brings both lived experience and academic depth to her work. With a life journey that spans cities like Rome, Vienna, Brussels, New York, and Berlin, Arta has immersed herself in diverse cultures and perspectives, shaping a worldview rooted in empathy, nuance, and adaptability.
Fluent in six languages and trained across disciplines including social sciences, philosophy, art history, communication, and management, Arta combines intellectual rigor with practical insight. She doesn’t just talk about inclusion—she lives it.
Through AAC Consulting, Arta helps organizations move beyond surface-level diversity efforts to uncover deeper challenges and more importantly, build sustainable, inclusive practices that fit who they truly are.
Prof. Dr. Arta Ante is also a professor of Communication Management at SRH University in Berlin and co-founder of the Research Institute for cultural diversity studies (ICDS)
